Americas Young Chef Awards 2026

IGCAT’s Americas Young Chef Award 2026 took place in Manabí, World Region of Gastronomy Awarded 2026, at  Iche Escuela-Restaurante-Lab, on 8-12 October 2026. It was organized with the support of Fundación FUEGOS and CAF.

Relive the 2026 Edition

The competition was organised on two consecutive days under the theme Innovation on Tradition, whereby 7 finalists were asked to innovate traditional recipes from their regions by using local seasonal products.
